Note: After getting Antigua and Barbuda citizenship, it is permanent and can not be returned.

Main Requirements:

To qualify for Antigua and Barbuda citizenship, the applicant must meet the following requirements:

• Firstly, be at least 18 years of age and have good character.
• Secondly, have no criminal record or have any pending/ongoing criminal investigation.
• Also, make a qualifying economic contribution/investment to Antigua and Barbuda.
• Also, the applicant and their family members must be in excellent health.
• Besides, applicant family members must stay in Antigua and Barbuda for a minimum of five days within the first five years.

Note: There is no English language requirement to get Antigua and Barbuda citizenship.

Investment Options:

• Non-refundable investment of USD 230,000 to the National Development Fund.
• Non-refundable investment of USD 260,000 to the University of the West Indies.
• An investment of a minimum of USD 300,000 into approved real estate projects. This property can be disposed of after five (5) years and not before it.
• Setting up a business with a direct investment of at least USD 1.5 million.
  • Alternatively, a joint investment of two or more applicants is possible with a total minimum investment amount of USD 5 million.

The Citizenship-by-Investment Program does not require a minimum net worth, business experience, or level of education. Your application will be examined by the Citizenship-by-Investment Unit, and you may be required to attend an interview – the application processing time is 3-4 months, although this varies depending on the chosen investment option.
