Outland Sponsorship
Any couple that is not living together in Canada has the outland sponsorship pathway at their disposal. If a partner, is not able to apply from Canada or is outside Canada but is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident then they can sponsor their partner from outside Canada.

- The person sponsoring must be a permanent resident or citizen of Canada.
