Manitoba held its 13th MPNP Special Immigration Measure Ukraine MPNP draw. Where the special Ukraine MPNP draw issues 28 LAAs.

Finally, meet other conditions of the MPNP Skilled Workers Overseas (SWO) pathway. And have enough funds to support themselves in Manitoba.

Further, applicants with 28 LAAs in the Special Ukraine MPNP draw can now apply for a PNP nomination. After getting a provincial nomination certificate they will be able to apply to IRCC for a Canada PR visa.
