SINP update 627 applicants qualify for nomination in new draw

July 14, 2022: Saskatchewan in its latest draw invited 627 applicants to apply for provincial nomination. The details of the same are as the following:

Draw 1 – Targeting Ukrainians

  • 2 applicants have an ITA in this draw. Also, the qualifying score for applicants with residence in Ukraine is set at 66.

Draw 2 – General Draw

Occupations in-demand

  • 195 applicants have an ITA. Also, the qualifying score is set at 69.

Express Entry

  • 430 applicants have an ITA. Also, the qualifying score is set at 69.

In comparison, to the last July 06, 2022, SINP draw we can see changes in the current draw figures such as:

  • 3 fewer Ukrainians have an ITA in this draw. Also, the qualifying score is up by 5 points.
  • For the Occupations in-demand sub stream – 203 fewer people have been selected. But the qualifying score is lower by 4 points.
  • For the Express Entry sub-stream – 151 more applicants have an ITA. Also, the qualifying score is lower by 4 points.
  • Overall, there is a fall of 55 points in the selection of applicants in the current draw.

Looking at the above figures, we can see that Saskatchewan is selecting a large number of applicants from the EE pool. And since the resuming of the Express Entry (EE) draws on July 06, 2022, we are seeing a rise in the selection of applicants.

The same is proven when we look at SINP draws held before May 05, 2022. And we can see that very few people from the Express Entry pool are getting an ITA for nomination.

SINP update 627 applicants qualify for nomination in new draw. As per draw trends, applicants with profiles in the Express Entry (EE) System are getting picked in a large number.
