SINP Saskatchewan Experience Students Stream

The Students Stream is for applicants who:

  1. Have graduated from a Canadian educational institution.
  2. Want to apply to SINP stream for a nomination, and
  3. Meet the sub-stream criteria.

Who can apply to the SINP Saskatchewan Experience Students Stream?

Applicants who have graduated from a Saskatchewan educational institution

To apply:

  1. Have graduated from a Saskatchewan educational institution with a degree, diploma, or certificate.
  2. Have a minimum of 6 months or 780 hours of paid work experience in Saskatchewan. Also, you can give proof of work experience gained:
    1. On-campus;
    2. Off-campus;
    3. Co-op terms;
  3. Approved and verifiable graduate fellowship; and
  4. Work experience accumulated on a Post Graduate Work Permit (PGWP).
  5. Must have a valid Post Graduation Work Permit issued by IRCC.
  6. Also, you must have a full-time, valid, permanent, and paid job offer as per your field of study. This job offer must be given to you by a Saskatchewan employer.
  7. Besides, this job offer must be:
    1. in a NOC 0, A, or B occupation, or
    2. For a designated trade, or
    3. Related to your study program and requires a minimum of post-secondary education.
  8. Also, to apply as a Food and Beverage Server/Person you must apply under the SINP Hospitality Sector Project sub-stream.
  9. Further, must have a valid SINP Job Approval Letter.
  10. Finally, if your job offer is in a NOC C occupation, then you must submit proof of a minimum language skill level of CLB 4 or more.


Canadian Graduates

If you have graduated from an educational institution in Canada, then:

  1. You must have graduated with a degree, diploma, or certificate from a Canadian educational institution (outside Saskatchewan). Also, your study program must be equivalent to 8 months (1 academic year) of full-time study.
  2. Must have proof of applying and receiving a valid Post Graduate Work Permit (PGWP) from IRCC.
  3. Have a minimum of regular 6 months (780 hours) of work experience on your valid PGWP in an occupation which is related to your study program.
  4. Also, you must have a current full time, regular, paid job offer from an employer in the province. Besides, this job offer must be:
    1. in a NOC 0, A, or B occupation, or
    2. For a designated trade, or
    3. Related to your study program and requires a minimum of post-secondary education.
  5. Besides, to apply as a Food and Beverage Server/Person, apply under the SINP Hospitality Sector Project sub-stream.
  6. Further, must have a valid Job Approval Letter.
  7. Finally, if your job offer is in a NOC C occupation, then you must submit proof of a minimum language skill level of CLB 4 or more.
