Because Canada is now more than needy of grabbing hold of foreign immigrants for growth.
The year 2020, may have been successful for immigration but it did shake the Canadian economy. The country still selected applicants for PR and pumped billing of dollars in the economy to support Canadians, permanent residents, and incoming immigrants. This was of great help to the country. And soon Canada was back on track with its economic growth. To ensure that such incidents do not hamper the growth of Canada in 2021, the country is now selecting foreign immigrants on a mass level.
