Work Experience
Under this factor, one must have work experience within 5 years before submission of an EOI to the Arrima portal. This work experience must come under qualifying NOC and can have been gained on an internship, can be paid or unpaid, as an apprentice, while training, or for a specialisation that resulted in the completion of a diploma.

Level of Education
At the time of submitting the EOI, the applicant must have a diploma. Also, must have a minimum study hour of 900 for both a post-secondary diploma from Quebec and a professional high school diploma. Applicant as per this factor of the Quebec Expression of Interest Points System the applicant must have a Quebec diploma. Besides, for both a vocational secondary school diploma and a technical post-secondary school diploma the applicant must have completed 900 hours of study to get the same. However, if the applicant has more than one diploma then the one with the highest shall be valid.
