OINP to start application intake for Employer Job Offer stream

OINP on July 21, 2020, will start the application intake for Employer Job Offer stream under Foreign Worker sub-stream. For foreign applicants both inside and outside Canada.

Ontario under its Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) is opening application intake for Employer Job Offer stream. The same opening was on March 03, 2020, for International Student and Employer Job Offer stream of OINP. But it was put on a pause due to a technical error. After re-opening, the streams reached their intake limit and were closed.

The application intake for Employer Job Offer stream under Foreign Worker sub-stream will help foreign applicants to apply for permanent residence in Canada. But to qualify the applicant must:

  • Have a valid and permanent job offer from Ontario.
    • The job offer is in a skilled occupation under NOC Skill Level 0, A, or B.
    • Offers a minimum wage.
  • Apply from inside or outside Canada.
  • Apply online.

This stream helps employers to support foreign workers applying for a Canada PR. It helps them to fill the labour shortage where no Canadian or permanent resident is available.

Besides, OINP is introducing updates to the application intake for Employer Job Offer stream. Now applicants must submit the latest employer form. Whereas earlier applicants were doing the same within 6 months from the date of signing. But this change is to grow the employment rate during the global pandemic time.

With such preparation, Ontario can now choose people who have the right skills and experience. Also, looking at the current situation, Canada is doing all it can to safeguard the country’s, its people, and foreign immigrant’s interest.

So, why wait? The time is right to apply and get a quick and easy Canada visa. As Canada needs you more than ever. Take our Free Assessment or Contact Us to know more.
