Manitoba Immigration news release: Oct 21 MPNP draw issues 459 ITAs for nomination

As per the latest update: Oct 21 MPNP draw issues 459 ITAs for nomination. Also, the following number of applicants have been selected under the MPNP streams:

Skilled Worker in Manitoba (SWM)

  • 388 LAAs issued.
  • CRS score set at 375.

International Education Stream (IES)

  • 37 LAAs issued.

Skilled Workers Overseas (SWO)

  • 39 LAAs issued directly under the MPNP Strategic Recruitment Initiative.
  • CRS score set at 716.

Besides, out of 459 LAAs 94 are issued to Express Entry applicants. If you too have an ITA as an EE applicant, then it is because you meet the following terms:

  • Applied to the EE system under 1 of the EE sub-streams such as:
    • Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
    • Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)
    • Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
  • Also, meet Human Capital Factors:
    • Age
    • Education
    • Work Experience
    • Language Skills
  • Besides, applied to 1 of the MPNP sub-streams.
  • Further, have a valid EE profile.
  • Finally, have a Job Seeker Validation Code.

Once you get an ITA against your EE profile you will get an extra 600 CRS score. This extra score benefits you in the selection for Canada PR. Because your chances of getting an ITA for permanent residence in Canada go up majorly.

In comparison to the last Oct 7, 2021, MPNP draw, the current draw issued 33 more LAAs. Under SWM stream LAAs are up by 38 and CRS is lower by 71 points. For the IES stream, LAAs are lower by 18 points. And for the SWO stream, LAAs are up by 18 points whereas CRS is lower by 13 points.
