On Dec 13, 2022, OINP issued 160 NOI to applicants under the OINP Express Entry French Speaking Skilled Workers (OINP FSSW) sub-stream. The applicants who received these NOI had a CRS score between 341-490Also, in this draw, the NOIs are lower by 203 points.

  • Must have an active EE profile under the Express Entry (EE) System.
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in the past 5 years in TEER category NOC 0, 1, 2, 3.
  • Be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Have Canadian education or ECA report for foreign education credentials.
  • Language skill level of NCLC 7 in French (TCF/TEF) and CLB 6 in English (IELTS/CELPIP).
    • Besides, your first official language must be French, and the second official language must be English.
  • Have enough funds to settle in Manitoba (as an applicant or with family members).
  • Agree to live and work in Ontario.
  • Finally, match the CRS score range in the OINP draw.
