MPNP New draw issues 223 LAAs, whereas in the new Manitoba PNP draw ITAs up by 32 points. Also, out of 223 LAAs 3o have been issued to applicants who have an active Express Entry ID and a Job Seeker Validation Code.

The current draw details show a rise in ITAs in comparison to the last Mar 24, 2022, MPNP draw. The details of the Apr 07, 2022 draw are the following:

Skilled Workers in Manitoba (SWM)

• 156 LAAs issued.
• 739 CRS score requirement.

International Education Stream (IES)

• 34 LAAs issued.

Skilled Workers Overseas (SWO)

• 33 LAAs issued under MPNP Strategic Recruitment Initiative.
• 683 CRS score requirement.

Looking at the above figures we can see draw figures change in the MPNP sub-streams:
SWM – LAAs up by 54 points. Also, CRS is lower by 30 points.

IES – LAAs up by 9 points.

SWO – LAAs lower by 31 points. However, CRS is lower by 31 points.

In short, the new MPNP draw shows positive signs in terms of immigration. As a result, we can expect a higher number of LAAs to be issued in the upcoming draws. And the CRS score too will be lower.

MPNP Express Entry connection favours 30 qualifying applicants

New Manitoba PNP draw ITAs up by 32 points. But the 30 applicants who have an LAA in this draw out of 223 are because they have:

• An active and valid Express Entry (EE) profile ID.
• And a valid Job Seeker Validation Code.
• Applied to 1 of the EE sub-streams such as:
  • Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
  • Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)
  • Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
• Also, meet Human Capital Factors:
  • Age
  • Education
  • Work Experience
  • Language Skills
• Besides, applied to 1 of the MPNP sub-streams.
• And have the qualifying CRS score for the same.

Now, the qualifying 30 applicants after getting an MPNP nomination will get an extra 600 CRS score against their EE profile. This will increase their overall CRS score in the EE pool. And will help them get a quick and easy ITA for Canada PR.
