MPNP EOI draw invites 147 applicants in the latest draw
June 07, 2021: MPNP EOI draw invites 147 applicants in the latest draw
Manitoba recently held an immigration draw where the MPNP EOI draw invites 147 applicants in the latest draw. The applicants who have received an ITA under this draw have been selected from the following MPNP sub-streams:
Skilled Workers in Manitoba (SWM)
- 95 LAAs issued.
- CRS score requirement set at 375.
International Education Stream (IES)
- 22 LAAs issued.
Skilled Workers Overseas (SWO)
- 25 LAAs issued under the Strategic Recruitment Initiative.
- CRS score requirement set at 708.
Besides, out of 147 applicants, 13 have been issued to applicants who have:
- A valid Express Entry (EE) ID, and
- A Job Seeker Validation Code.
In comparison to past draws, the current draw figure seems less. But this decline is assessed to be temporary. Because a dip in ITAs or LAAs is very common and not an issue of alarm. We can always expect the LAAs to go up and the CRS score to slip 1 or 2 points. Now, this is good news for applicants who are eager to apply for Canada PR. And why not? Canada not only offers permanent residence but offers many benefits of holding a Canada PR card. So, to avail of such benefits, foreign immigrants from all over the world are flocking to Canada in large numbers.
Canada in terms of influx of immigrants is seeing a huge tidal wave since 2020. As a result, the country doubled its immigration targets for 2021. Because statistically speaking Canada is seeing a rise in the submission of applications for Canadian visas. Canada ranks number 1 in the world for being the top country for immigration. The country is immigrant-friendly, safe, diverse, offers growth opportunities and a great lifestyle. Thus, now everyone wishes to call themselves a Canadian resident.
