Manitoba PNP is a part of the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) under which 9 provinces (except Quebec) and 2 territories (except Nunavut) participate. The PNP program allows them to reap the benefits of immigration i.e., get foreign skilled workers, fill empty job positions, raise the skill pool of people, and meet the economic needs of the province.
MPNP is one such endeavour where the province selects foreign workers who best suit the needs of the province. So, if your skills match the needs of the province then you are sure to get a Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA). After getting an LAA, you must submit a complete and error-free PNP application. Manitoba will then process your profile, and award you a provincial nomination. With a PNP nomination, you can apply to IRCC for permanent residency.
