Manitoba MPNP PNP draw issues 566 invites again in the newly held draw. However, in comparison to the last similar draw on Mar 23, 2023, we see that out of 566 invites, 157 applicants who have a valid Express Entry (EE) ID and a Job Seeker Validation have an invitation in this draw.

Whereas, on Mar 23, 2023, MPNP draw we see only 82 applicants matching this scenario getting an invitation for PNP nomination.

Thus, even though both Mar 23 and Apr 06, 2023, MPNP draw issued similar invitations, we do see a rise in the selection of applicants with EE profiles and a job seeker validation code.

Skilled Workers in Manitoba (SWM)

Occupation-Specific Selection

• 255 applicants have an LAA.
• The draw cut-off is set at 615
• Besides, applicants from the following  NOC 2021 Major Group have an LAA:
  • 62 – Retail sales and service supervisors and specialized occupations in sales and services.

All Occupations

• 226 applicants have an LAA.
• The draw cut-off is set at 670.

International Education Stream (IES)

• 61 applicants have an LAA.

Skilled Workers Overseas (SWO)

• 54 applicants have an LAA.
• The draw cut-off is set at 708.

Manitoba MPNP PNP draw invites 566 applicants for nomination. But who does not have an invitation? 

If you do not have an LAA in Apr 06, 2023, MPNP draw where it selected 566 applicants for nomination then it may be because:

• Firstly, even with a high EOI score:
  • Either you have not shared a valid language test number for English/French OR
  • Your language test results are no longer valid.
• Secondly, you are indicating that you have an LAA under the MPNP Strategic Recruitment Initiative. But you have not shared the invitation number for the same.

So, if any of the above conditions apply to you then you may not get an LAA in an MPNP draw.
