Manitoba latest MPNP draw shows both rise and fall in draw figures

Aug 10, 2023: Manitoba latest MPNP draw shows both rise and fall in draw figures. However, the MPNP draw issued a total of 615 LAAs, out of which 43 EE profile holders have an LAA. Besides, the details of the current draw are the following:

Skilled Workers in Manitoba (SWM)

Occupation-Specific Selection

• Firstly, 249 applicants have an LAA.
• Secondly, the minimum qualifying MPNP EOI score is 649.
• Also, applicants from the following occupations have an LAA:
  • Machine operators, assemblers and inspectors in processing, manufacturing and printing
  • Labourers in processing, manufacturing and utilities

All Occupations

• Firstly, 279 applicants have an LAA.
• Secondly, the minimum qualifying MPNP EOI score is 647.

International Education Stream (IES)

• 47 applicants have an LAA.

Skilled Workers Overseas (SWO)

• Firstly, 40 applicants have an LAA.
• Secondly, the minimum qualifying MPNP EOI score is 708.

Overall, on Aug 10, 2023, the MPNP draw issued 615 LAAs, out of which 43 LAAs have been given to applicants who:

• Firstly, have an active EE profile.
• This means you have applied to the Express Entry (EE) System under 1 of the sub-streams such as:
  • Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
  • Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)
  • Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
• Secondly, meet Human Capital Factors: Age, Education, Work Experience, and Language Skills.
• Also, meet MPNP sub-stream eligibility criteria.
• Finally, match the MPNP EOI qualifying draw score.

After getting an LAA, you must submit a complete and error-free PNP application. Manitoba will process your application, and if satisfactory aware of your Provincial Nomination Certificate (PNC). The moment you get a PNC, you will get an extra 600 CRS points in the EE pool. As a result, your chances of getting an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for a Canada PR visa will be higher.

SWM – Occupation Specific

• 86 fewer applicants have an LAA.
• But the qualifying EOI score is lower by 9 points.

SWM – All Occupations

• Firstly, 77 more applicants have an LAA.
• Secondly, EOI score is positively lower by 2 points.

IES – 4 fewer applicants have an LAA.

SWO

• Firstly, 21 more applicants have an LAA.
• Secondly, the EOI score is lower by 9 points.

Thus, looking at the above figures we can see both rise and fall in draw figures. But overall, the current draw figures and consistent patterns hint at positive future outcomes.
