Manitoba invites 14 Ukrainians for nomination in new MPNP draw

June 20, 2022: Manitoba held its latest special immigration draw. And invited 14 Ukrainians who met the terms such as:

  • Firstly, the applicant is a resident of Ukraine.
  • Secondly, has a minimum language skill level of CLB 4.
  • Also, have a connection to Manitoba via a relative, family-like, community, and or past work or study in Manitoba.
  • Besides, the applicant’s language test results are valid.
    •  Language test results are valid for 2 years.
  • Finally, must have a minimum of 60 points in the MPNP assessment.



Manitoba’s special immigration measure aligns with the IRCC guidelines. As per these guidelines, the province is helping Ukrainians to move to Canada. Everyone is aware of the ongoing Russia and Ukraine war. As Canada has strong political, and economical ties with Ukraine, it is doing everything possible to help the war-torn nation.


In comparison to the last May 20, 2022, MPNP special immigration draw, the current draw selected 1 more applicant. Besides, as of now in June 2022, Manitoba has issued a total of 134 ITAs to Ukrainians. And looking at the draw trends we should be expecting a rise in the selection of the same.
