Manitoba holds 21st MPNP Ukraine draw issues 89 PNP invites

Manitoba on Dec 28th held last MPNP general draw. Today Manitoba holds 21st MPNP Ukraine draw issues 89 PNP invites. Since March 09, 2022, MPNP Special Immigration Measure – Ukraine draws have been held. All this is to support the war victims of Ukraine to easily move to Canada.

The details of the Dec 29, 2023, 21st MPNP Ukraine draw is:

  • Firstly, 89 applicants have an LAA for PNP nomination.
  • Secondly, applicants meet the following terms to get an LAA:
    • The applicant is a resident of Ukraine.
    • Has a minimum language skill level of CLB 5 in English/French. Also, language test results must be valid.
    • Has a close connection in Manitoba such as family members, relatives, community, past job, or study in the province.
    • Also, have a minimum of 60 points on the MPNP Points Grid.
    • Besides, you must meet the terms of the Skilled Workers Overseas category including proof of funds requirement.


Further, in comparison to the last Dec 04, 2023, 20th MPNP Ukraine draw we see 61 fewer applicants have an LAA. A similar scenario is with the MPNP General draw of Dec 28, 2023. Everyone is expecting that Manitoba is closing the 2023 draws with the Dec 28, 2023, MPNP draw.
