To qualify the French-speaking applicants had to meet the following terms:

  • Firstly, have an active Express Entry (EE) profile.
  • Secondly, meet Human Capital Factors:
    • Age
    • Education
    • Work Experience
    • Language Skills
  • Also, apply to the OINP Express Entry stream.
  • Finally, your CRS score must range between 348-434.
