As per the latest news coming in from Manitoba: Latest MPNP draw update 308 applicants get LAAs. The Feb 09, 2023 MPNP draw selected a total of 308 applicants for provincial nomination. Applicants who have an LAA in this draw can now apply to MPNP for a PNP nomination.
The following are the details of the same:
Skilled Workers in Manitoba (SWM)
- Firstly, 221 applicants have an LAA.
- Secondly, the draw cut-off is set at 720.
International Education Stream (IES)
- 55 applicants have an LAA in this draw.
Skilled Workers Overseas (SWO)
- Firstly, 32 applicants have an LAA.
- Also, they have an LAA under the MPNP Strategic Recruitment Initiative.
- Secondly, the draw cut-off is set at 709.
Further, out of 308 LAAs, 33 have been given to applicants who have a valid Express Entry profile and a Job Seeker Validation Code.

In comparison to the last such MPNP draw on Jan 26, 2023, we can see the following updates in the current draw:
