British Columbia in Sep 13, 2022 draw selected approx. 298 applicants. These selected applicants can now apply for PNP nomination. And the details of the 2-part draw series are as the following:

Draw 1 – 251 applicants get an ITA.

  • Skilled Worker – 120 draw cut-off score.
  • International Graduate – 105 draw cut-off score.
  • EEBC Skilled Worker – 120 draw cut-off score.
  • EEBC International Graduate – 105 draw cut-off
  • Entry Level and Semi-Skilled
  • Besides, draw 1 (general draw) also includes applicants from the tech sector.


Draw 2 – Up to 47 applicants have an ITA.

  • Skilled Worker, International Graduate (includes EEBC option) – 27 applicants whose job profiles come under Early childhood educators and assistants (NOC 4214).
  • Skilled Worker, International Graduate, Entry Level and Semi-Skilled including EEBC category – 12 applicants whose job profiles come under the healthcare sector have an ITA.
  • Entry Level and Semi-Skilled – Less than 5 applicants whose job profiles come under the Health care assistants (NOC 3413) have an ITA.
  • Skilled Worker, International Graduate including EEBC category – Less than 5 applicants whose job profiles come under the Other priority occupations (NOCs 3114, 3213) have an ITA.

Getting ITA under the BC PNP EEBC sub-stream
