Is it beneficial to apply to the BC PNP EEBC category for provincial nomination?
Applying for a provincial nomination via the BC PNP EEBC category is very popular. This is because to qualify for the same you must:
- Firstly, have an active profile in the Express Entry (EE) System.
- Secondly, you have applied to 1 of the EE sub-streams:
- Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
- Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)
- Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
- Also, meet Human Capital Factors such as:
- Age
- Education
- Work Experience
- Language Skills
- Besides, have applied to the BC PNP EEBC category.
- Finally, have a qualifying BC PNP EOI draw score.
Moreover, the moment you get a nomination against your EE profile you will get additional 600 CRS points in the EE pool. As a result, your overall CRS rank goes up. As a result, this is the prime reason why the Express Entry PNP pathway is one of the leading options for getting Canadian permanent residency.
