Latest AAIP Alberta PNP draw selects 16 healthcare profiles

Nov 09, 2023: Alberta holds its 15th AAIP draw for the healthcare-dedicated pathway. The latest AAIP Alberta PNP draw selects 16 healthcare profiles. Apart from the NOIs to the selected applicants, we must also look at the draw qualifying terms such as:

  • Firstly, the AAIP is linked to the Express Entry (EE) System. So, you must have an active EE profile under 1 of the EE sub-streams such as:
    • Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
    • Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)
    • Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
  • Secondly, meet Human Capital Factors:
    • Age
    • Education
    • Work Experience
    • Language Skills
  • Also, apply to the AAIP Express Entry stream.
  • Besides, meet additional terms such as:
    • I have a job in Alberta under the dedicated healthcare pathway.
    • Also, have a CRS score above 300.
  • Moreover, the qualified applicants have a CRS score of 305 or more.

In comparison, to the last similar AAIP draw on Oct 22, 2023, we can see updates such as:

  • Firstly, the NOIs are lower by 6 points.
  • Secondly, the CRS score is lower by 21 points.

So, technically, even though fewer healthcare applicants have an NOI, the CRS cut-off requirement is still lower. As a result, we can assess that the demand for healthcare professionals is significantly higher. Otherwise, the province would not lower the CRS cut-off requirement for issuing NOIs.

The latest AAIP Alberta PNP draw selects 16 healthcare profiles a move which is significant to the growth of Alberta.
