The Jan 19 BC PNP draw selects 195 applicants. Also, the CRS score was up by 1 – 7 points in comparison to the last draw of Jan 05. However, the number of ITAs issued was also up by 27 points. Applicants were selected from the following BC PNP streams:

Skills Immigration (S.I)

    • CRS score up by 1 point.
  • International Graduate
    • 96 CRS score
    • CRS score up by 1 point.

    • CRS score up by 7 points.
  • International Graduate

    • CRS score up by 3 points.

Besides, if you received an ITA under the BC PNP EEBC stream then it means you:

  • Have an active Express Entry (EE) profile.
  • Have applied to 1 of the EE sub-streams such as:
    • Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
    • Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)
    • Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
  • Also, meet the Human Capital Factors:
    • Age
    • Language Skills
    • Work Experience
    • Education Level
  • Further, have applied to the BC PNP EEBC stream.
  • Finally, have a qualifying CRS score under 1 of the EEBC sub-streams:
    • Skilled Worker
    • International Graduate

If your EE profile gets a nomination against your EE profile, then you will get an extra 600 CRS score. This increases your chances of getting an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residence in Canada.

Besides, looking at the current draw, the CRS score may have gone up but the number of ITAs also went up by 27 points. So, we can look at the number of ITAs to go up in the upcoming draws as well. But the change in the CRS score can either go up or go low.
