Fifth Express Entry French Speaking draw issues lowest 300 ITAs
Oct 25, 2023: IRCC held its latest Express Entry category-based draw for applicants with French language skills. The Fifth Express Entry French Speaking draw issues lowest 300 ITAs. Not only this the CRS cut-off also stands the highest at 486.
Applicants who have cleared the above draw had to meet the following terms:
- Firstly, have an active online profile in the Express Entry (EE) System.
- Secondly, meet Human Capital Factors:
- Age
- Education
- Work Experience
- Language Skills
- Also, have a minimum French language skill level of NCLC 7.
- TEF: Speaking: 310 – 348 | Listening: 249 – 279 | Reading: 207 – 232 | Writing: 310 – 348
- TCF: Speaking: 310 – 348 | Listening: 249 – 279 | Reading: 207 – 232 | Writing: 310 – 348
- Finally, match the current CRS cut-off of 486.
Looking at the above EE category-based draws for Francophone we can see a constant decline in the selection of applicants. With the CRS cut-off being the lowest at 375 in July 12, 2023, EE draw, and the highest at 486 in the current Oct 25, 2023, EE draw.
However, we must also see that the current CRS cut-off is still lower than:
- Oct 24, 2023, EE PNP draw – 1548 ITAs | 776 CRS cut-off.
- Oct 10, 2023, EE all-program draw – 3725 ITAs | 500 CRS cut-off.
But the current draw is just the 5th draw in the Express Entry French language category-based skills. And it will be interesting to see the rise and fall in both ITAs for Canada PR and the CRS cut-off.
Canada is now targeting specific occupations and skills since July in the category-based draw patterns. If you wish to get an ITA for Canada PR, why not get information on how to do so?
