Feb 10 2022 Manitoba PNP issues fewer ITAs in the 136th draw

MPNP draw results: Feb 10 2022 Manitoba PNP issues fewer ITAs in the 136th draw. The Feb 10, 2022 MPNP draw issued a total of 273 ITAs. Whereas out of 273 ITAs, 68 ITAs are for applicants who have an active Express Entry (EE) profile and a Job Seeker Validation Code.

Also, applicants have an ITA under the following categories:

Skilled Workers in Manitoba (SWM)

  • 273 ITAs issued.
  • 68 CRS score set.

International Education Stream (IES)

  • CRS score set at 40.

Skilled Workers Overseas (SWO)

  • 63 ITAs issued under the MPNP Strategic Recruitment Initiative.
  • CRS score set at 703.

However, the above figures seem less. And the same can be confirmed in comparison to the last Jan 27, 2022, MPNP draw. The following are the details of the same:

  • Overall draw – 42 fewer ITAs issued. Also, only 1 less EE applicant was selected.
  • SWM – 10 fewer ITAs issued. Ans the CRS score is up by 6 points.
  • IES – No change in the CRS score.
  • SWO – 32 fewer ITAs issued. CRS score is up by 2 points. Also, the CRS score is up by 2 points.

The above figures may seem lower now. But looking at the past trajectory of MPNP draws and considering the start of 2022, we can expect MPNP to pick its pace. So, soon we can expect Manitoba to issue higher ITAs and lower the CRS score.

MPNP is Manitoba’s pathway to hire foreign skilled workers. And the need for the same arises from filling the empty job positions and growing developing industrial sectors.
