Feb 09 BC PNP tech pilot selects 64 applicants with a CRS score of 80. Applicants who qualified in this draw can now apply for permanent residency in Canada.  Also, the applicants have been selected under the following BC PNP sub-streams:

Skills Immigration (S.I)

  • Skilled Worker
  • International Graduate

Express Entry BC (EEBC)

  • Skilled Worker
  • International Graduate

Besides, to qualify the applicants needed a minimum CRS score of 80.

The BC PNP Tech Pilot is British Columbia’s immigration program to select applicants for its in-demand tech occupations. Besides, the tech pilot has been extended until June 2021. Thus, applicants can now continue to apply for BC PNP Tech Pilot.

If you received an Invitation to Apply (ITA) in this draw then it means you have:

  • Applied to BC PNP Tech Pilot.
  • Have applied to BC PNP sub-stream such as:
    • Skills Immigration (S.I)
    • Express Entry BC (EEBC)
  • Meet the terms for the same.
  • Also, have a minimum of a 1-year job offer in 1 of the 29 eligible tech jobs.
  • Further, have a qualifying CRS score of 80 or more.

Besides, if you have applied to the EEBC sub-stream of the BC PNP Tech Pilot then it means you have:

  • An active Express Entry (EE) profile.
  • Applied to 1 of the EE sub-streams such as:
    • Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
    • Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)
    • Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
  • Also, meet the Human Capital Factors:
    • Age
    • Language Skills
    • Education Level
    • Work Experience
  • Further, have applied to BC PNP EEBC stream.
  • Finally, have a minimum CRS score of 80.

In case your EE profile gets a nomination from BC then you will get an extra 600 CRS score. This increases your chances of getting an ITA for Canada PR. After that, you can submit a complete Canada PR application to IRCC.
