Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 4

To apply to SINP an applicant can submit one of the following language test results for English/French. Because Canada requires all applicants to show minimum language skill level to live, work, settle and or study in Canada. Thus, to qualify the applicant must have a minimum Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 4 language skill level.

Besides, in addition to the above, the applicant must meet the terms of the SINP sub-streams they are applying for. To meet the language terms of SINP the applicant must take a valid test. And must show test results as proof of their language skills in English or French. Also, language test results are only valid for 2 years.
