Canadian Government sent 3,350 Invitations through Express Entry

Invitations Sent by Canadian Government 

On 1st May, 3,350 Express entry candidates were sent an invitation by the Canadian Government. Above all, the express entry gives an opportunity to the applicant to the application for permanent residence.

To point out, 450 was the cut-off score. which was a point lower than the minimum score of 451. Since February 20, this is the fourth incidence where the CRS score has decreased.

To explain, Express entry process is an Immigration process which it manages a pool of candidates from 3 three classes:

• Federal skilled worker class.
• Federal Skilled Trades class.
• Canadian experience class.

Further, Ranks are given on certain factors including:

• Age
• Education
• Skilled work experience
• Proficiency in English or French

To conclude, the hike in the number of invitations reflects the up-surging admission targets for the three Express entry programs.  

Ontario Government reopens Master Graduate Stream.

The Ontario government reopened its Master Graduate Stream. Under this stream, Invitation for provincial nominations for Canadian Permanent residence is usually sent to International graduates with an Ontario’s degree. 

Notably, The stream is quite popular as there is no requirement of a job letter from an Ontario employer.

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) said successful registrants will receive a confirmation number from its e-Filing Portal within three business days. But, the confirmation will only be applicable until 14 days. After 14th day, the confirmation will expire.
