Canada is the land of settlers and is one of the most famous countries amongst immigrants. This is possible due to its immigrant-friendly policies. Every year approx. 250,000 people immigrate to Canada to live, work and get permanent residence.

For Canada immigration, the federal government offers more than 80 channels for quick processing of your Canada visa. The country also offers a Spouse Sponsor Program for permanent residents and Canadian citizens.

Now, you can bring your spouse/ common-law partner/ conjugal partner to Canada with PR benefits.  Although other visa channels have strict visa needs, the spouse visa terms are one of the easiest to follow. Now, your spouse can come, live and work alongside you. Canada understands and values the needs of a family.

What is Canada Spouse Visa?

The Canada Spouse Visa comes under the ‘Spouse Sponsorship Program’ which is a category of Family Class Immigration. This program helps Canadian citizens and permanent citizens to sponsor their spouse/ common-law partner/ conjugal partner for Canada PR. Both the sponsor and the person who is receiving sponsorship must have approval from IRCC to receive a visa. After getting the sponsorship your spouse can come, work and settle in Canada.
