Canada Draw approx 218 applicants qualify to apply for BC PNP nomination
Aug 23, 2022, BC PNP selects up to 218 applicants. The selected applicants can now apply for BC provincial nomination. The details of the 2-part draw series are as the following:
Draw 1 – 205 ITAs were issued.
- Skilled Worker – 101 qualifying score.
- International Graduate – 87 qualifying score.
- EEBC Skilled Worker – 106 qualifying score.
- EEBC International Graduate – 91 qualifying score.
- Entry Level and Semi-Skilled – 75 qualifying score.
Besides, the draw targeted specific in-demand occupations including applicants whose job profiles come under the tech sector.
Draw 2 – Approx 13 applicants have an ITA in this draw.
Including EEBC option
Skilled Worker, International Graduate
- Less than 5 applicants have an ITA. And the qualifying score is 60. But applicants whose occupation falls under the Early childhood educators and assistants (NOC 4214) have an invite.
Skilled Worker, International Graduate, Entry Level and Semi-Skilled
- 5 applicants have an ITA. And the qualifying score is 60. But applicants whose occupation falls under the healthcare sector have an ITA.
Skilled Worker, International Graduate
- Less than 5 applicants have an ITA. And the qualifying score is 60. But applicants whose occupation falls under the other priority occupations (NOCs 3114, 3213) have an ITA.
However, in comparison to the Aug 16, 2022 BC PNP draw we are seeing the following updates.
Overall, draw scores are down from 227 to 218 approx. But draw 1 numbers are up from 177 to 205. However, draw 2 numbers have slipped from approx. 50 to approx. 14 points.
Canada Draw approx 218 applicants qualify to apply for BC PNP nomination. And if look at the draw as a whole then we just see a fall of approx. 9 points. This fall can be easily recovered in the upcoming draws.
