Mar 14, 2022: British Columbia PNP Holds One of a Kind Draw
As per the latest immigration updates, British Columbia PNP holds one of a kind draw. As the draw targeted different occupational profiles under the BC PNP sub-streams.
The details are as the following:
Skilled Worker
International Graduate
- 123 ITAs issued.
- CRS score set at 85.
- Besides, the province targeted applicants whose occupation lies in 1 of the eligible tech occupations.
International Graduate
- 27 ITAs issued.
- CRS score set at 25.
- Also, the draw targeted applicants whose occupation comes under NOC 4214 – Childcare: Early Childhood Education.
International Graduate, Entry Level & Semi-Skilled
- 21 ITAs issued.
- CRS score set at 85.
- Again, the province targeted occupation in the healthcare sector (apart from the ones listed below).
Entry Level & Semi-Skilled
- Less than 5 ITAs were issued.
- CRS score set at 63.
- Also, the draw targeted applicants from the NOC 3413 – Healthcare Assistants.
Besides, looking at the above details we can see that the province targeted applicants from different occupational sectors. The need for the same may have arisen from the increasing in-demand skills for the above-listed sectors.
So, if your occupation comes under 1 of the above in-demand profiles then the province may conduct a similar draw soon. However, we can surely expect BC to follow the original pattern of draws. As a result, we can see the inclusion of the BC EEBC category.
Looking at the new immerging pattern we can see increased chances of selection of applicants in the upcoming draws.
So, if you wish to claim permanent residence in Canada then apply now. Start by getting a Free Assessment of your profile to check if you qualify to apply for provincial nomination. And further to apply for a Canada PR visa.
