British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) is an immigration program which selects skilled workers who have the skill and experience to benefit the labour market and economy of British Columbia. Any skilled worker who wishes to get permanent residence in Canada through B.C must apply to this program. B.C like other PNP programs holds immigration draws to offer applicants the chance to apply for a Canada P.R.

The B.C PNP Tech Pilot was launched in 2017 to select individuals who have the skills, experience and a job offer in one of the 29 tech sector occupations. Also, BC PNP holds weekly tech pilot draws. This helps B.C hire and retain skilled tech workers and grow the technology sector. Besides lately, the demand in this sector has increased than the available supply. Thus, B.C is increasing its efforts to get as many people as possible.

Further, the May 12 draw is the 18th tech pilot draw of 2020. Also, until now B.C has issued 2,013 invites in 2020.

Undoubtedly, looking at the frequency of tech draws the positive Canada immigration trends hint that anyone who is looking to move to Canada must apply now.
