Another weekly immigration update comes from British Columbia. The province selects 137 applicants in its latest BC PNP immigration draw.


The draws patterns remain the same with a continued focus on retaining applicants from specific in-demand profiles. This includes profiles from the tech, educators, and the healthcare sector.


Also, the following are the details of the May 24, 2022 BC PNP draw:

Skilled Worker, International Graduate including EEBC category

  • 115 applicants have an ITA in this draw.
  • Also, the CRS score is set at 85.
  • The draw targeted applicants from the tech sector.


Skilled Worker, International Graduate including the EEBC category

  • 11 applicants have an ITA in this draw.
  • Also, the CRS score is set at 60.
  • The draw targeted applicants from the Childcare: Early childhood educators and assistants (NOC 4214).


Skilled Worker, International Graduate, Entry Level and Semi-Skilled including the EEBC category

  • 11 applicants have an ITA in this draw.
  • Also, the CRS score is set at 60.
  • The draw targeted applicants from the Healthcare sector.


However, in comparison to the last May 17, 2022 BC PNP draw, the current draw selected 46 fewer applicants. Also, the CRS score requirement is lower.


Looking at the above figures, we can expect this dip in ITAs to change in the upcoming draws. Also, the CRS scores are to fall 1 or 2 points lower or be constant.

. And we should prepare for the selection of the more. The applicants who have an ITA in this draw can now submit a complete application for a provincial nomination. Further, they can apply to IRCC for Canada PR.
