Nov 16, 2023: British Columbia under BC PNP holds its latest draw. British Columbia choose 244 people to apply for PNP nomination in new BC PNP draw. The draw follows its two-part series pattern and the details of the selection of applicants to apply for PNP nomination are:
General draw including tech applicants
- Firstly, 116 applicants have an invitation to apply for PNP nomination.
- Secondly, the BC PNP EOI score cut-off is as follows for the following categories:
- Skilled Worker (SW) and SW EEBC option – 113.
- International Graduate (IG) and IG EEBC option – 115.
- Entry Level & Semi-Skilled – 94
Targeted occupation draw
Categories: Skilled Worker, EEBC option and International Graduate
- Firstly, 59 applicants from the childcare sector have an invitation to British Columbia for BC PNP nomination.
- Secondly, 32 applicants from the healthcare sector have an invitation.
- Also, 5 applicants from other priority sectors have an invitation.
- However, for the very first time, 12 applicants from the construction sector have an invitation to apply for PNP nomination.
- Besides, the EOI score cut-off for SW, IG, and EEBC options is 60. However, the new addition of the construction sector sets the EOI cut-off for these applicants at 75.
As seen above, British Columbia selected 244 people to apply for PNP nomination in new BC PNP draw. But now we have an expansion of targeted occupation sectors. So, applicants from the construction sector can get an invitation to apply for PNP nomination in future BC PNP draws.
