BC selects 256 applicants for Canada PR in Dec 08 BC PNP draw.
In latest immigration draw BC selects 256 applicants for Canada PR in Dec 08 BC PNP draw. Also, applicants were selected from Skills Immigration and Express Entry BC sub-streams of BC PNP. To qualify the applicants needed a CRS score of:
Skills Immigration (S.I)
- Skilled Worker – 95
- International Graduate – 95
- Entry Level and Semi-Skilled – 77
Express Entry BC (EEBC)
- Skilled Worker – 97
- International Graduate – 97
Besides, the EEBC stream of BC PNP is linked to Canada’s most popular the Express Entry (EE) System. The EE system handles 3 main economic immigration stream such as:
- Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
- Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)
- Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
Besides, the EE system is the only immigration system of Canada that selects a large number of applicants. As seen in the last Nov 25 EE draw, where it issued 5000 ITAs.
In case you received an ITA in this draw under the EEBC stream then it means you:
- Applied to BC PNP EEBC stream and 1 of its sub-streams.
- Have an active EE profile.
- Applied to 1 of the EE sub-streams.
- Meet the Human Capital Factors such as:
- Age
- Language Skills
- Education Level
- Work Experience
- Finally have a minimum CRS score for EEBC stream you applied to.
If your EE profile gets a nomination from BC, then you will get an extra 600 CRS score. This additional score is important to qualify. Because it increases your chances of getting an ITA to apply for permanent residence in Canada.
BC selects 256 applicants for Canada PR in Dec 08 BC PNP draw. And in future draws we can expect the number to only go up. However, the CRS score is expected to be either constant or go low. So, if you want to live, study, work and or settle in Canada then apply now.
