BC PNP Tech Pilot CRS score increases by 2

On June 09, British Columbia Tech Pilot selected 87 applicants. The qualifying BC PNP Tech Pilot CRS score increases by 2.

The latest British Columbia (BC) Tech Pilot draw invited 87 applicants with a CRS score of 82 or more. The province selected applicants from the Skilled Immigration (SI) and Express Entry British Columbia (EEBC) category of BC PNP. Also, the current Tech Pilot CRS score increases by 2 points as compared to the last Tech pilot draw on May 26. As the May 26 draw selected 133 applicants with a minimum CRS score of 80. Besides, the selected applicants can now apply for nomination for permanent residence in Canada

If you received an Invitation to Apply (ITA) in this draw through the EEBC category then it means, firstly you have an active Express Entry (EE) profile in the EE system. Secondly, your EE profile has been assessed as per the Human Capital Factors such as age, language skills, education level, and work experience. And your EE profile has received an overall CRS score which helps in selection for Canada PR in regular Canada Immigration draws. Moreover, if you receive a nomination against your EE profile then you will receive an extra 600 CRS score. As a result, your chances of receiving an ITA to apply for Canadian permanent residence will increase. Finally, to qualify in this BC PNP Tech Pilot draw you must have a minimum CRS score of 82.

In the latest draw, Tech Pilot CRS score increases by 2 and this might seem a bit worrying. But such is not the case at all. Instead, BC PNP Tech Pilot now open until June 2021. So, we can expect a fall in CRS score and an increase in the number of selection of applicants. Also, such slight changes only suggest that positive changes are afoot.
