British Columbia on Nov 28, 2022, conducted a 2-part series draw where it selected up to 334 applicants. As BC PNP issues up to 334 ITAs for provincial nomination selected applicants can now apply for PNP nomination.

Draw 1 – 253 applicants have an ITA.
- So, to qualify, applicants under the Skilled Worker, International Graduate, EEBC Skilled Worker and EEBC International Graduate sub-streams needed to match or exceed the draw cut-off of 105.
- But applicants under the Entry Level and Semi-Skilled sub-stream needed to match or exceed the draw cut-off of 82.
- Also, the applicants with job profiles in the tech sector have an ITA in this draw.
Draw 2 – Up to 81 applicants have an ITA in this draw.
Skilled Worker, International Graduate with EEBC category
- 49 applicants have an ITA.
- Applicants whose job profile comes under NOC 2021 Code: 42202 (Childcare: Early childhood educators and assistants) have an ITA.
Skilled Worker, International Graduate, Entry Level and Semi-Skilled with EEBC category
- 24 applicants have an ITA.
- Applicants with job profiles in the Healthcare Sector have an ITA.
Entry Level and Semi-Skilled
- Less than 5 applicants have an ITA.
- Also, applicants whose job profile comes under NOC 2021 Code: 33102 (Healthcare assistants) have an ITA.
Skilled Worker, International Graduate with EEBC category
- Less than 5 applicants have an ITA.
- Also, applicants whose job profile comes under NOC 2021 Code: 31103 (Veterinarians), 32104 (Animal health technologists and veterinary technicians), have an ITA.
Also, to qualify in the second consecutive draw of BC PNP on Nov 28, 2022, applicants needed to match or exceed a minimum draw cut-off of 60.

- Firstly, a positive 9 points fall in the EOI score cut-off for Skilled Worker and EEBC Skilled Worker sub-streams.
- Also, just a 1-point rise in EOI draw score cut-off for International Graduate and EEBC International Graduate sub-streams.
