AINP draw sees 31 points fall in issuing of ITAs
Alberta: AINP draw sees 31 points fall in issuing of ITAs
On July 27, 2021, the AINP draw sees 31 points fall in issuing of ITAs. As a result, the current draw selected 148 applicants. And the CRS score requirement to qualify in this draw was set at 300.
If we look at the CRS score, then there is a 1 point fall in the same. The CRS score fell from 301 to 300. This may seem like a small number, but it can positively impact the selection of applicants. The fall in the CRS score is a good marker. As it favours the selection of a large number of applicants.
This is one of the main reasons that all Canada PR aspirants keep their eye on the CRS score/cut-off. However, the fall in ITAs on the outside does seem a bit concerning. But if we look at the past AINP draws, the AINP June 29 draw issued the same 148 ITAs. Just like in the current draw. And in the next July 14, 2021, draw, AINP issued 181 ITAs.
So, looking at the pattern of the draws, we can expect the number of ITAs to go up. Whereas the CRS score will either be 1 point up or 1 point low.
If you received an ITA in this draw, then it means you have:
- An active Express Entry (EE) profile.
- Applied to 1 of the EE sub-streams such as:
- Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
- Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)
- Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
- Also, meet Human Capital Factors:
- Age
- Education Level
- Work Experience
- Language Skills
- Besides, applied to the AINP Express Entry Stream.
- Finally, have a CRS score of 300.
Once you meet the above terms you will get a nomination from Alberta to apply to IRCC for a Canada PR visa.
