On May 27, 2021, shares latest draw details where 90 applicants to apply for permanent selection in new Arrima draw. Also, applicants who have been selected in this draw had a valid job offer from the province. And in comparison to April 29, 2021 Arrima draw, the current draw selected 7 more applicants.

Further, the applicants have been selected under the Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP). Also, the applicants who received an invite in this draw were selected under the following 2 categories:

  • Had a valid job offer, and
  • Were in Quebec as a:
    • a diplomat,
    • consular officer,
    • United Nations representative, or
    • a representative of any intergovernmental organization which is running in Quebec, and their staff.


Moreover, the current draw is the 4th draw this year. Also, as of now, Quebec is issued a total of 476 invites.

Quebec has its own immigration system in comparison to the rest of Canada. However, IRCC is the one that makes a final decision on all immigration applications. So, after you get an invite through Arimma portal then you must apply to the province for permanent selection. After, that you can apply to IRCC for Canada PR. 

But, looking at the past draws, there is a rise and fall in the selection of applicants. As a result, it is difficult to predict the number of applicants that will get an invite in the next draw. because if you see the March 30, 2021, draw then a total of 208 applicants have an invite from the province. Such, a rise, and fall are not new as in 2020 we can see the same.
