76 applicants selected in Nov 03 BC PNP Tech Pilot draw with a CRS score requirement of 80. Applicants were selected from the 2 BC PNP streams:

Skills Immigration (S.I)

  • Entry Level and Semi-Skilled
  • Skilled Worker
  • International Graduate


Express Entry BC (EEBC)

  • Skilled Worker
  • International Graduate


In comparison to the last Oct 20 BC PNP Tech Pilot draw the current draw selected 4 less applicants. But the CRS score remains the same at 80. 


In case you received an Invitation to Apply (ITA) in this draw then it means you have:

  • Applied to BC PNP under SIRS.
  • Also, for the category selected S.I or EEBC, you must apply under 1 of its sub-streams.
  • EEBC applicants must also have a valid profile in the Express Entry (EE) system.
  • Under it, you must have applied under 1 of the EE sub-streams such as:
    • Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
    • Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)
    • Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
  • Meet the EE Human Capital Factors such as:
    • Age
    • Language Skills
    • Education Level
    • Work Experience
  • Besides, BC PNP applicants must have a valid job offer for a minimum period of 1 year.
  • Further, the job offer must in 1 of the 29 eligible job profiles.
  • Finally, have a minimum qualifying score of 80.


If EEBC applicants get a nomination against their EE profile, then they will get extra 600 points. This increases the chances of getting ITA for Canada PR.
