76 applicants invited for Canada PR in Nov 17 BC PNP Tech Pilot draw and can now apply for Canada PR.

In latest British Columbia draw, 76 applicants invited for Canada PR in Nov 17 BC PNP Tech Pilot draw. To qualify the applicants needed a minimum score of 80. Also, applicants were selected from Skill Immigration (S.I) and Express Entry BC (EEBC) categories. Besides, the draw is the same as the Nov 03 BC PNP Tech Pilot draw. There is no change in the number of selection of applicants or CRS score.

Looking at the past trends for this draw the CRS score has remained unchanged at 80 since June 23 BC PNP Tech Pilot draw. And this is great news if you want to get Canada PR through BC PNP Tech Pilot. Because British Columbia or BC is always on the lookout to hire applicants with a strong technical background. because the province understands the need to develop its technology sector. Thus, under Tech Pilot draw, it selects applicants who:

  • Are eligible to apply.
  • Meet all program terms.
  • And fall under 1 of the 29 eligible occupations.
  • Also, have a minimum job offer of 1 year.


And applicants who meet these terms are given an Invitation to Apply (ITA) through immigration draws. 

Until now, out of 25 Tech Pilot draws BC has issued 1,950 ITAs to applicants.


We can only expect this number to go up. Because the CRS score is 80 consistently with few high and lows in the selection of applicants. This, as per the current trends the numbers in the favour who wish to get Canada PR to live, settle, study and or work in B.C.
