IRCC on May 10, 2023, conducted the latest Express Entry draw where 589 applicants with PNP nomination qualify in new EE draw. Besides, to qualify the applicants needed to match or exceed the CRS cut-off of 691.

The current draw is the 248th Express Entry draw. Whereas in 2023, the current draw is the 12th EE draw and the 3rd EE PNP-specific draw.

To better understand draw patterns it is important to compare data of 4 EE PNP draws conducted up till now in 2023.

Looking at the table we can see the following changes in the EE PNP-specific draws ITAs and CRS cut-off.

Feb 01, 2023, VS Feb 15, 2023, EE PNP-specific draw

• Invitation to qualifying applicants fell by 194 points in Feb 15 EE draw.
  • From 893 ITAs (Feb 01) the invites fell to 699 (Feb 15).
• Also, the CRS cut-off is up by 58 points.
  • From 733 (Feb 01) the cut-off climbed up to 791 (Feb 15).

Feb 15, 2023, VS Mar 01, 2023, EE PNP-specific draw

• ITAs are lower by 32 points in Mar 01, EE draw.
  • From 699 ITAs (Feb 15) the invites fell to 667 (Mar 01).
• But the CRS cut-off too fell by 43 points.
  • From 791 (Feb 15) the cut-off fell to 748 (Mar 01).

Mar 01, 2023, VS May 10, 2023, EE PNP-specific draw

• ITAs are lower by 78 points in Mar 01, EE draw.
  • From 667 ITAs (Mar 01) the invites fell to 589 (May 10).
• But the CRS cut-off too fell by 57 points.
  • From 748 (Mar 01) the cut-off fell to 691 (May 10).
