500 French Speakers qualify in new EE category based draw
In comparison to the Aug 02, 2023, EE draw, Sep 27, 2023, draw sees 500 French Speakers qualify in the new EE category-based draw. We can see a 300-point fall in the issuing of ITAs. Also, the CRS cut-off in the current draw stands at 472. Which means the cut-off is up by 37 points.
The applicants who qualify in the current Express Entry French-Speaking category-based draw are as per the following terms:
- Firstly, have an active profile created under 1 of the EE sub-streams:
- Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
- Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)
- Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
- Secondly, meet Human Capital Factors:
- Age
- Education
- Work Experience
- Language Skills
- Also, have a minimum French Language Skill Level of NCLC 7.
- Finally, match the CRS cut-off of 472.
Looking at the above draws we can see the following:
- Firstly, the highest number of invitations stands at 3800.
- With Sep 27, 2023, draw issuing the lowest number of ITA at 500.
- Secondly, the CRS cut-off is the lowest on July 12, 2023, at 375.
- Whereas the Sep 27, 2023, CRS cut-off stands at 472.
As per the above details, we can see a steep fall in the issuing of ITAs in the selection of French Speakers. Also, the frequency of draws for French speakers stands at 2 draws in July, 1 in August, and 1 in Sep. Thus, we should expect either 1 or 2 draws in October. However. it will be interesting to see if the ITAs go up and the CRS cutoff falls or not.
