400 candidates receive an ITA in the latest AINP draw
Aug 30, 2021: 400 candidates receive an ITA in the latest AINP draw
As per immigration updates from Alberta, 400 candidates receive an ITA in the latest AINP draw. To qualify in this draw, the applicants needed a minimum CRS score of 301.
Besides, in comparison, to Aug 23, 2021, AINP draw, we can see the following updates:
- 50 fewer applicants were selected in this draw.
- CRS score up by 1 point.
However, the above figures are not alarming. Because Alberta is seeing a rise in issuing of ITAs. And the best part is a 1 point rise or fall in the CRS score. Also, this change in CRS score is consistently happening. As a result, Canada PR aspirants are in for a treat.
Alberta under the AINP selects applicants who can grow the province’s economy. They need a foreign skilled worker who has the right skills for the right job. And looking at the graph of draws we can say that Alberta is looking at selecting a higher number of applicants for nomination.
Considering the current draw as well, applicants are selected from the Express Entry (EE) pool. This means that if Alberta gave you an ITA in this draw, then it means you have:
- An active EE profile.
- Applied to 1 of the EE sub-streams such as:
- Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
- Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)
- Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
- Also, meet Human capital Factors such as:
- Age
- Education
- Work Experience
- Language Skills
- Besides, applied to the AINP Express Entry stream.
- Finally, have a CRS score of 301.
Once you get a nomination against your EE profile you will get an extra 600 CRS score. This will increase your chances of getting an ITA for permanent residence in Canada.
