As per the latest updates, the 2nd OINP Masters Graduate stream issues 326 ITAs for nomination. To qualify in this draw applicants needed a minimum EOI score of 37. However, in comparison, to the 1st Masters Graduate stream draw, the current draw selected 76 fewer applicants. But the EOI score is 2 points less.

If you have an ITA in this draw, then it is because you have:

  • A minimum of a 1-year masters degree.
    • This must be from a recognised Ontario University.
    • Besides, apply within 2 years of getting your degree.
  • Gave an EOI application.
  • For Master’s – minimum of CLB/NCLC 7 or higher for English/French language skill level.
  • Are living in Ontario for the past 1 year within a total of 2 years.
  • Have proof of funds.
  • Agree to live in Ontario.
  • Besides, at the time of applying you must be either living in Ontario with legal status or are outside Canada.
  • Have legal status in Canada.
  • Meet Human Capital Factors such as:
    • Age
    • Education
    • Language Skills
    • Work Experience etc.
  • Finally, have an EOI score of 37.

After getting an ITA you must give an application for nomination. After getting a nomination, apply to IRCC for PR in Canada.

The Masters Graduate stream of OINP helps the province get international students who wish to settle in Canada. The province hires those applicants who have a master’s degree from a recognised Ontario university.
