Alberta Immigration: 2nd 2022 AINP PNP draw issues 350 ITAs to qualifying applicants
Alberta recently shared its Jan 18, 2022 draw details where the 2nd 2022 AINP PNP draw issues 350 ITAs to qualifying applicants.
Also, the applicants have been selected under the AINP Express Entry sub-stream. Besides, to get an ITA in this draw applicants needed a minimum CRS score of 346.
If you received an ITA in this draw, then it is because you have:
- Applied to the Express Entry (EE) System.
- Applied to 1 of the EE sub-streams such as:
- Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
- Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)
- Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
- Also, meet Human Capital Factors:
- Age
- Education
- Work Experience
- Language Skills
- Besides, applied to the AINP Express Entry sub-stream.
- Finally, have a qualifying CRS score of 346 or more.
After getting a nomination you will get an extra 600 CRS score against your Express Entry profile. Because the AINP Express Entry sub-stream is linked to the Express Entry (EE) System. As a result, the increase of 600 points in the EE pool increases your chances of getting an Invitation to Apply for submitting a Canada Permanent Resident application.
Besides, in comparison to the last Jan 05, 2022, AINP PNP EE draw the current draw showed the following updates:
- 100 more ITAs issued.
- However, the CRS score is up by 19 points.
In the current year, we can continue to see a rise in the selection of applicants. As in 2020 Alberta invited a total of 1785 applicants. Whereas in 2021 the province selected a total of 6608 applicants. Thus, looking at the huge jump in figures of ITAs we can expect Alberta to issue a higher number of invites.
So, if you too wish to start your Canada permanent resident process then apply now.
