Manitoba holds its latest MPNP draw to select skilled workers. The MPNP aims to select people who can meet the province’s labour market and economic needs. Thus, the 182nd MPNP EOI draw sees 49 points fall in PNP invitations. And issued 540 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) to applicants who match the MPNP EOI draw qualifying score.

The details of June 15, 2023, MPNP draw are as the following:

Skilled Workers in Manitoba (SWM)

Occupation-specific selection

Under this SWM sub-category:

• Firstly, 255 applicants have received an LAA.
• Secondly, the EOI score is 602.
• Besides, applicants whose job profile is in high demand in Manitoba have an LAA.
  • Qualifying applicants’ job profiles come under the following NOC 2021 sub and major groups:
    • Technical trades and transportation officers and controllers – 72
    • General construction trades – 731
    • Building maintenance installers, servicers and repairers – 732
    • Operators, drillers and blasters – 734

All occupations

• 205 applicants have an LAA.
• Also, the qualifying EOI score is 665

International Education Stream (IES)

• 59 applicants have an LAA.

Skilled Workers Overseas (SWO)

• 21 applicants have an LAA.
• Also, the qualifying EOI score is 718.

182nd MPNP EOI draw sees 49 points fall in PNP invitations. But, out of the 540 LAAs, 187 have been received by applicants who meet the following conditions:

• Have an active profile in the Express Entry (EE) System.
• Applied to 1 of the EE sub-streams:
  • Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
  • Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)
  • Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
• Also, meet Human Capital Factors:
  • Age
  • Education
  • Work Experience
  • Language Skills
• Besides, applied to the MPNP Skilled Workers Overseas stream.
• Finally, match the MPNP EOI draw score.
