In its latest draw, the 135th Manitoba PNP draw issues 315 LAAs for nomination. Besides, out of 315 LAAs, 69 are issued to applicants who have a valid Express Entry (EE) ID and a Job Seeker Validation Code. Also, the applicants have been selected under the following MPNP sub-streams:

Skilled Workers in Manitoba (SWM)

• 212 LAAs issued.
• CRS score requirement set at 609.

International Education Stream (IES)

• 40 LAAs issued.

Skilled Workers Overseas (SWO)

• 63 LAAs issued directly under the MPNP Strategic Recruitment Initiative.
• CRS score requirement set at 703.

In case you are figuring out that even after having a high score you did not get an ITA then it may be because of the following reasons:

• Either did not provide a valid English/French language test number in your EOI or your language test results have expired.
• Did not provide a valid invitation number if received an invite under the MPNP Strategic Recruitment Initiative.
• Fail to provide proof of licensure for a regulated occupation in Manitoba.

69 LAAs go to Express Entry profile holders

If you are 1 of the 69 lucky LAA receives then it is because you meet the following terms:

• Have an active EE profile.
• Applied to 1 of the EE sub-streams such as:
  • Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
  • Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)
  • Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
• Meet Human Capital Factors such as:
  • Age
  • Education
  • Work Experience
  • Language Skills
• Applied to 1 of the MPNP sub-streams.
• Also, have a qualifying score for the same.
• Finally, have a valid EE ID and Job Seeker Validation Code.

Once you get a nomination from Manitoba against your EE profile you will get an extra 600 CRS score. This will increase your chances of getting an ITA to apply for Canada PR.
