117 Ukrainians get invited in first special MPNP draw of 2024

Manitoba starts a good year for its Ukrainian applicants. As 117 Ukrainians get invited in first special MPNP draw of 2024. In 2022 [since March 09, 2022], we saw the introduction of the MPNP Special Immigration draw to support war-struck Ukraine.

  • Secondly, to qualify the applicants must meet the following draw conditions:
    • Firstly, be a legal Ukrainian citizen.
    • Secondly, have a minimum language skill level in English/French – CLB 4.
    • Also, have a connection with Manitoba via family, relatives, close friends, community, study, or work experience.
    • Besides, have a minimum of 60 points on the MPNP assessment criteria.
    • In addition, matches the conditions of the MPNP Skilled Workers Overseas (SWO) pathway.
      • This also includes the settlement funds requirement.
